New library books

Air-conditioned spaces

Too hot for work or study? The Bodleian Health Care Libraries provide cooler spaces for you to escape to. The Old Road Campus Library and Girdlestone Memorial Library at the NOC are air-conditioned throughout, and the Cairns Library at the John Radcliffe Hospital has cooler areas. More cool spaces can be found on the Bodleian’s Find a Library page.

Systematic Review Platform: Covidence

Staff and students at the University of Oxford have free access to Covidence, systematic review management software, which makes managing reviews easier. Find out more by visiting the University of Oxford Covidence page

Book Clubs

Love books? Join one of our friendly hospital library book clubs at the John Radcliffe Hospital or Horton General. These are open to all staff and students in MSD. Find out more by visiting the library's events calendar
