Old Road Campus Library 

We're excited to announce that the Knowledge Centre Library has a new name. The library has now been renamed to the Old Road Campus Library (or ORCL for short), with some flashy new signage to match. If you've never visited the library before, now is the perfect time to come check us out. In line with this change, please note that our email address has also changed to: hcl-oldroadcampuslibrary@bodleian.ox.ac.uk

You can find us on the ground floor of the Old Road Campus Research Building. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Further information is available on the Old Road Campus Library website.

Book Clubs

Looking to unwind or meet new people? The Bodleian Health Care Libraries run free in-person book clubs at the JR and Horton General. The JR book club also offers an online edition for those who can’t make it in person. For more information, check out their live events calendar

Covidence: Systematic review software 

The Bodleian Libraries offer staff, researchers, and students free unlimited access to Covidence, online systematic review management software which makes managing reviews easier. Visit the Oxford Covidence page for more information and to get started. 

Library plants

The Bodleian Health Care Libraries have recently added a variety of plants to its library spaces, helping to create a calmer, more welcoming environment that supports relaxation and study. 

Information skills workshops

The Bodleian continues to offer free in-person and online information skills workshops to members of the University. These workshops feature courses specifically designed for students, researchers and staff in MSD, covering topics such as literature searching, science communication, systematic reviews, conference posters and reference management software. Sign up today.
