The Medical Sciences Division values the diversity of all of its staff and students, and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We and all of our constituent departments strive to create an inclusive culture where different perspectives and experiences are encouraged.

Inclusive Leadership Programme
The ILP was developed by EDI professionals to nurture leadership skills and to foster inclusive and equitable environments. The programme supports leaders to incorporate their learning into their working practices and create tangible positive changes in their working environments.
MSD Mediation Service
The MSD Mediation Service launched in 2025 and is open to any staff or student in MSD who find themselves in conflict at work. Get access trained mediators who will help you to informally and confidentially resolve workplace conflict.
