Information Governance

Our aim is to identify the information governance risks facing the Division, and address these through Divisional initiatives, Divisional representation in University projects and by sharing good practice, drawing together expertise from departments and the central University.

Getting Help

The links on these pages will also signpost you to online resources across the University. Additional support for Data Privacy can be found on the Privacy pages of the Medical Sciences Website (in due course the information there will be absorbed into this section)

Reporting Problems

Please report these immediately to:

Divisional Policy

To support the Heads of Departments in addressing information risks, the implementation of the Divisional IG Policy is driven by a small Information Risk Management Group who are advised by departmental representatives in a larger Risk Advisory Group.

At an operational level we support IG Officers, teams and representatives across the departments through a Teams Site and regular meetings.
