There are plenty of opportunities to volunteer for studies and clinical trials within the Division. Here are a few studies currently recruiting:
- Help develop a much-needed vaccine against Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever! If you are aged 18 to 55 years old, in good health and live in the Oxfordshire area, then you may be eligible to take part in the Oxford Vaccine Group study investigating a new vaccine against Crimea-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus. All participants will be reimbursed between £1110 and £1470 for their time, inconvenience, and travel.
- Help to find a vaccine against Paratyphoid Fever by participating in a study at the Oxford Vaccine Group - If you are aged 18 to 55 years old, and in good health, you may be eligible to take part in the VASP study to find a vaccine against paratyphoid fever. All participants will be reimbursed for their time, inconvenience and travel up to £2965.

Volunteers required for Oxford Airways Study investigating the intricate workings of airways diseases like asthma and COPD. Researchers are looking for participants who are aged over 18 and have suspected or diagnosed asthma or COPD, and also healthy volunteers for comparison purposes.
