New Digital Bodleian interface
Digital Bodleian has a new interface at https://digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/about/. Digital Bodleian aims to bring together digitized content from the Bodleian Libraries’ extraordinary and rich collections into a single portal. These include Sibthorp and Smith's Flora Graeca (https://digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/collections/flora-and-fauna-graeca/)
Cambridge University Press textbooks
We now have access to Cambridge University Press textbooks until 29 November 2021. This collection contains over 700 higher education textbooks in HTML format (http://solo.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/permalink/f/ds4uo7/LGDBaz/32860786).

Web of Science (http://solo.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/permalink/f/ds4uo7/LGDBaz/31532303) now has a preview of its new improved interface (which aims to provide a “proactive and personalised user experience”) available on the home page.
Moments in Medicine
The Bodleian Libraries Education Team has developed this collection of online resources charting the development of public health in Britain from the medieval period to the twentieth century, aimed at Key Stage 4 students (https://visit.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/learning/resources-teachers/moments-medicine).

BrowZine
Browzine provides easier access to online journal articles licensed by the Bodleian Libraries from compatible publishers from 2005 onwards. Articles can be accessed directly from SOLO or from the BrowZine website at https://browzine.com/libraries/1704/subjects. There are also Browzine apps for Android and iOS, and a Chrome extension which provides links to full-text content of articles while searching the web.
Library opening hours and closed period over the Christmas break
From Monday 7 December the Vere Harmsworth Library and the Radcliffe Science Library will switch to vacation opening hours as follows:
- 9.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday
- 10am – 2pm Saturday
- Closed Sunday
The VHL and the RSL will close for the Christmas break at 5pm on Friday 18 December and will reopen at 9.30am on Monday 4 January 2021.
