This provides a set of timers to help you manage the amount of time you use your Windows computer & is available via the ZENWorks installers on Windows PCs. It is also available for direct download via this link: Download Workrave · Workrave

To get started you can see the current timers by clicking on your system tray icon and hover your cursor over the sheep icon:

To modify your timers & other settings, right click on the sheep icon to select Preferences:
