Once again, your friends from the ESM Pilot team are writing with further information about the launch of FreshService ESM for Phase 1 pilot groups.

We’re happy to share that FreshService will be live and ready to use from Wednesday 20 November.

Thanks to everyone who attended the ‘unveiling’ demonstration of FreshService on Wednesday 6 November. Over 60 Professional Services staff, from across departments and divisions, had the chance to see the ticketing, knowledge base and dashboard features that will be available from launch. A recording of the demo will shortly be available in the ‘Support’ section of the ESM Pilot webpages.

Service Agent training sessions are also available to anyone seeking instructor-led tuition ahead of the launch – visit the Support page to enrol.

Finally, ahead of 20 November, staff in the Phase 1 pilot group will have early access to the system to get orientated before their service groups go live.  You’ll receive an activation email notification before Monday 11 November with instructions on how to log in.
