How do I log a ticket for a requestor not appearing in the list?
- Click the blue + icon in the top right and create a new ticket
- Search for the person in the Requestor drop down, if they don’t appear…
- Click the ‘Add new Requestor’ button
- Add the requestor’s email address and personal details to the form and click ‘Create’
This only needs to be done once per requestor, newly created requestors will be synchronised with those from incoming CUD in the first few days post-launch.
