Dashboards

We have launched the system with a universal list view called ‘Your Active Tickets’ that will default to open tickets for your service group(s), filtering out active tickets for other service teams and presenting a tidier, more relevant view for service agents across MSD.

Each service agent can copy/clone this default list view and edit it to preference. You can expect to see, and hear about, further improvements to the dashboard features in the post-launch weeks. 

How to find ‘Your Active Tickets’

  1. Click the Ticket icon from the left-hand menu and select ‘List’
  2. Click the Ticket List heading and select ‘Your Active Tickets’ from the list of views

This will provide a summary of open tickets for the service groups you are a member of and hide tickets for those that you are not.
