How do I access FreshService?

    1. You can to sign in to Oxford University’s instance of FreshService by visiting https://oxford.freshservice.com
    2. Click on the “log in” button at the top right hand of the home screen
    3. Click right-hand the “Sign in with Oxford SSO” button at the bottom
    4. Sign in using your Oxford University Single Sign On (SSO)
    5. Here you can track existing queries, log new ones, and access the knowledge base
    6. If you cannot log in for any reason, you can report an issue by sending a query by raising a support request with MSD IT Services.
