The Translational Research Office (TRO) can offer support from the outset of any translational project – developing a ‘roadmap to implementation’ for novel therapies and medical technologies.

Successful commercialisation and clinical adoption of novel technologies requires strategic planning and effective decision making. The TRO will source appropriate support for researchers through the Experts in Residence (ExIR) programme and from internal stakeholders and support functions to identify and mitigate risks and to secure appropriate resources to accelerate product progression from the bench to the clinic.
