In 2021, Nuffield Oxford Hospitals Fund (NOHF) provided funding to update audio visual equipment used for medical teaching, enabling hybrid teaching to take place.

Small seminar room with new IT equipmentSmall seminar room with new IT equipmentNuffield Oxford Hospitals Fund (NOHF) provided funding to refresh the audio visual equipment in the teaching space provided by the Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology & Musculoskeletal Sciences.

We followed the same setup as that in the seminar room at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre to keep things as consistent and easy to use as possible.

In our smaller meeting rooms, we refreshed them with MS Teams room equipment with easy-to-use touch controls and a high-quality microphone/speaker with camera.

All these works have allowed us to be hybrid ready and the rooms have been in constant use all this year. The Department and we are eternally grateful for the NOHF grant to help us provide high quality medical teaching with these facilities.
