Oxford Events

Oxford Events is a university-wide event listing system (developed in 2026 as a replacement to Ox Talks). All departments and units should add their talks, workshops, symposia, lectures and seminars to the system, via the Halo CRM platform, so that they can be pulled onto our events webpage and into the weekly events digest (see details below). Departments and units can also use the feeds to automatically create their own calendars and digests.

 If you wish to advertise an event to staff and students in Medical Sciences, please add your events to Oxford Events and let the Communications team know, so that it can be pulled into divisional channels.  

Weekly Events digest fOR STAFF AND STUDENTS

Keep up to date with events, seminars, talks and workshops taking place across the Medical Sciences Division.

Sign up to receive a weekly digest of all events taking place across the Division. The digest is sent out via email every Thursday, listing the events for the following two weeks.
