My research focuses on the development of new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) acquisition and reconstruction methods, with the goal of helping better understand the brain structure and function.
My current research program has several key themes:
- Novel strategies for acquiring in vivo diffusion MRI at submillimeter resolution
- Rapid mapping of brain connectivity and microstructure with joint k-q diffusion acceleration and reconstruction
- Computational methods to reduce image artefacts in diffusion and functional MRI
- Ultra-high field brain imaging
- Post-mortem MRI of unfixed human brain
