Finance Administrator
As the Finance Administrator at the Medical School Office, I report to both Kirstie Vreede (Head of Administration and Finance) and Laura Morgan (Clinical School Administration Manager). My responsibilities include:
- Helping to manage the room bookings and facilities at the Academic Centre
- Dealing with the day-to-day requirements of the Medical School Office
- Raising requisitions & purchase orders (POs) for the School / Department costs
- Processing student TDAE claims for submission to NHS Bursaries
- Checking Payment Request Forms (PRFs) from students, volunteers, and external examiners
- Receipting POs once invoices arrive
- Sending invoices for payment
- Investigating queries related to Finance matters
I am here to assist with directions, and to help to make sure classes and lectures run smoothly.
