  • Mitigations are in place however this activity creates intermittent vibration and persistent loud noise. This continues to be monitored to ensure safe levels are maintained.
  • We appreciate the disruption this may cause, the project team endeavour to minimise this wherever possible within project constraints
Please be aware of frequent large vehicle movements from the site linked to this activity.

Future activities

  • Occasional closures of footpath to rear of BBH – Dates TBC but notice will be provided. Laing O'Rourke aim to avoid busy periods
  • Access gate (3) to be created on IDRM access road. Minimal anticipated impact to campus
  • Accessibility / lift access to be created at cabins by BBH. May require temporary footpath restriction. Laing O'Rourke aim to avoid busy periods for these works

Cycle parking - Triangle nursery

The cycle bays located as outlined in green below are allocated for staff and parents of Triangle nursery only. Your support with this is appreciated.

nursery path

The path adjacent to the Triangle nursery remains restricted to pedestrians only throughout the duration of Plot B2 works. A fencing chicane system has been installed to encourage cyclists to dismount and push bikes along this pathway.

Cyclists must dismount along this path for the safety of all path users. Thank you for your support with this.

Access to the campus from the South is unaffected.Image to show location of path alongside Triangle nursery which is restricted to pedestrians only
