Plot B2
welfare cabin delivery
Due to weather conditions last week the final 2 cabins are due to be installed on Thursday 11th December.
The cabins will be installed into the site area opposite the rear of Boundary Brook House. On this date, to ensure the safety of campus users, the footpath to the rear of Boundary Brook House and rear door entrance of Boundary Brook House will not be accessible.
To help you plan accordingly, please note the following access arrangements:
- Access to the IDRM cycle shed will be retained
- Access into Boundary Brook House will be via the front entrance only
- Access to IDRM will be via Roosevelt Drive or Old Road as indicated in green on the below diagram

Pedestrian/traffic marshalls will be on site to guide people safely and keep routes clear.
From Wednesday 10th December - Friday 19th December there will be an access restriction to the rear of Boundary Brook House to facilitate scaffolding for the cabin utilities connections.
This restriction is indicated in red below. The rear door of BBH will be accessible from the Old Road entrance but not via IDRM during this period. Should these works be completed sooner the restriction will be lifted.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as these measures are in place to prioritise everyone’s safety
Cycle parking - Triangle nursery
The cycle bays located as outlined in green below are allocated for staff and parents of Triangle nursery only. Your support with this is appreciated.
nursery path
The path adjacent to the Triangle nursery remains restricted to pedestrians only throughout the duration of Plot B2 works. A fencing chicane system has been installed to encourage cyclists to dismount and push bikes along this pathway.
Cyclists must dismount along this path for the safety of all path users. Thank you for your support with this.
Access to the campus from the South is unaffected.
