The University’s Occupational Health Service team comprises specialist clinical staff that provide independent advice to employers and employees concerning the relationship between health and work, and the effects one has on the other. They provide information on, and support for, all aspects of health, including mental health, resilience and wellbeing. This includes information on counselling that may be available to you, and relevant courses run by the People and Organisational Development unit.

The Equality and Diversity Unit also provide support and guidance on managing mental ill health in the workplace, support for staff with dyslexia or dyspraxia, help with hearing loss and general resources and support for staff with disabilities.
