Arrival in post
Each department in the Division runs its own induction programme. You can expect to receive written materials from administrative staff in your department as well as face-to-face meetings, and introductions to key people.

You might also wish to read the information on induction provided in POD's 'New to Oxford' guide. This includes an introduction to learning and teaching, information on welcome events and support for researchers as well as specific activities and resources for new international members of staff.
New staff with disability should also review the information on the Equality and Diversity Unit for details on resources, reasonable adjustments and sources of support available to them.
