We are a user-friendly team of IT professionals, operating and managing data networks, networked services & providing desktop management for the Division's departments.
We work with the University IT Services to provide local support for University-wide enterprise services - including Nexus email, calendaring, SharePoint, and other systems.
In-house, we aim to provide a cost-effective portfolio of services, offering industry-strength standards of reliability. Our networks are accessible where and when required by users, well secured against internal and external intrusion, and comply with all statutory, legal and funding body requirements.
Most MSD departments are supported by us, but a few units provide their own IT services. To see if we support your department, consult our list.
