MSc in Global Women’s Health
This innovative two-year, part-time programme is delivered primarily online, complemented by two one-week residential sessions in Oxford. Led by Course Director Dr Anita Matkins, the MSc in Global Women’s Health provides a comprehensive and interdisciplinary understanding of women’s health in a global context. The course is designed for both clinicians and non-clinicians, offering expert-led modules that emphasise advocacy, research, and leadership. Its flexible format enables students worldwide to pursue advanced study while balancing professional and personal commitments.
MSc in Reproductive Genetics
Developed in response to the increasing demand for expertise in this rapidly evolving field, the MSc in Reproductive Genetics is designed for graduates, scientists, and clinicians with backgrounds in genetics, biomedical sciences, or medicine. The course is delivered by Professor Dagan Wells and Professor Kevin Coward (Course Co-Directors), together with Celine Jones, Deputy Director of Taught Programmes. It combines rigorous theoretical teaching with practical training in reproduction, pregnancy, genetic technologies, and patient counselling. The MSc in Reproductive Genetics will be based at the Institute of Reproductive Sciences (IRS), alongside the Department’s well-established MSc in Clinical Embryology.
