Stephanie Tourbier

Graduate School Assistant

As part of the Graduate School Assistant team, I deal with the administration for on-course graduate students from the Medical Sciences Division. This includes helping with matters related to transfer of status, confirmation of status, changes to thesis titles or supervisors, suspension of status, and examiner appointments.

I am also responsible for some admissions-related processes for some departments, including informing applicants of departmental decisions, updating admissions records, and helping with Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) requests for applicants requiring a visa.
