This is a newly created role to provide a range of HR support to the divisional HR Team. I work with the experienced divisional HR team to provide an effective HR service to both the divisional office and the 16 departments in the Medical Sciences Division. My responsibilities include supporting and managing the team of HR Officers and Administrator, deputising for the Head of Medical Sciences HR, supporting generalist HR activity across the Medical Sciences Division and working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including the Central HR Business Partnering Team.
