Academic Administrator (Years 1 and 2)

I am one of the administrators for the undergraduate courses in Medical Sciences and Biomedical Sciences, specifically for the first and second years of each course. My main role encompasses the following:

  • Scheduling the teaching timetable for the first and second years of each course
  • Secretary to the Board of Examiners for the Biomedical Sciences Prelims, Biomedical Sciences Final Honour Schools Part 1, and the Qualifying Examination in Pre-clinical Anatomy
  • Coordinating the registration of incoming Medical and Biomedical Sciences students during their Fresher’s week each Michaelmas Term (first academic term of the academic year)
  • Supporting the administrator for the First Bachelor of Medicine (BM) Part I and Part II examinations
