Florian Groelly

As part of the Business Partnerships Office, I focus on strengthening relationships between the Medical Sciences Division and the industry to secure funding and resources to drive collaborative research projects. I work closely with the Director of Business Partnerships and Senior Business Partnerships Manager to support strategic alliances, including with GSK. Additionally, I develop and advance a portfolio of partnering opportunities, managing them from inception through to completion.

Before joining the team, I was based at the Saïd Business School, where I worked for the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL), a global accelerator. In this role, I provided tailored business guidance to biomedical startups and managed relationships with external partners. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship and PhD in oncology at the University of Oxford and have also studied at the University of Basel.
