Brian Marsden

The Associate Head of Division for Digital and Information provides support for the Head of Division in areas related to digital innovation, information management and governance.

Responsibilites include:

• Leadership and advocacy for improvement initiatives within the Division and the University (e.g. Digital Transformation, TRE, research computing)  
  
• Contributing to strategic and operational discussions through University and Divisional committee structures (e.g. MSD IT Committee, Information Risk Advisory and Management Groups) and representation on relevant central committees
• Supporting responses to other relevant issues (e.g. access to clinical data, major data security issues)  
• Point of contact with equivalents in Oxford Health and OUH NHS FTs, plus broader sector/NHS networks
