Afroditi Tsourgianni

Translational Research Funding Administrator

I assist in the management of translational research funding applications and awards for funding calls managed by the Translational Research Office (TRO) and also support the financial management of the TRO. I work closely with the TRO team and also the Medical Science Division (MSD) Research Strategy and Funding team and the Finance Team.

I joined the University of Oxford in July 2023, and in parallel, I am finishing a PhD in Experimental Psychology at University College London (UCL) on people’s perceptions and attitudes towards different types of Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents. Before that, I worked for Accenture, specialising in behavioural data analysis.
