University Card expiry issues: There is a problem with some central University processes that has left some staff with University Cards with "congregation" or "departmental staff" status not updated so IT access has become temporarily unavailable. This is being investigated as a matter of urgency. In the meantime we are very sorry that we are not dealing with queries as quickly as normal as we are receiving large numbers of calls about this.
