Sheena Lee

Senior Project and Planning Manager

I joined the Business Partnerships Office in January 2020 as a Partnership and Team Planning Manager.  I manage budgets, organise events and I am involved in project managing a number of commercially funded projects.

I studied at the University of Cardiff, before spending several decades in medical research at the University of Oxford and in the biotech industry as a senior scientist.  I specialised in genomics, immunology, virology, drug discovery and diagnostics.  More recently, I trained as a Prince 2, Project Manager at the Earlham Institute, Norwich, before returning to Oxford as a Research Project Manager, in the Department of Education, where I project managed commercially funded research around an educational digital app.

I contribute project management expertise, medical science knowledge and insight into the biotech industry, to the Business Development and Partnering Team.

Please contact me with enquiries about the OCT/KCP and Bayer partnerships and requests for information about the additional industrial partnerships the team are involved with.
