This year's Fellowship celebrates outstanding research across the globe with over 90 scientists elected from UK and international institutions. The new Fellows cover a wide range of fields from artificial intelligence and electron microbiology to global health and neuroscience. Among them, one new fellow is from the Medical Science Division.
Professor Kevin Foster FRS, Chair of Microbiology, Sir William Dunn School of Pathology.
He said: ‘I am delighted to join the ranks of the Royal Society’, said Prof Foster. ‘This was only possible because of the talent and achievements of past and present group members and I am very grateful to them.’
