Medical and Life Sciences Translational Fund
The Translational Research Office (TRO) oversees translational proof-of-concept funding through the Medical and Life Sciences Translation Fund (MLSTF). Open to Oxford researchers, including those in overseas research units, MLSTF provides targeted funding to advance promising medical and life sciences projects toward translation.
Diagnostics in Tropical and Infectious Diseases
The Translational Research Office (TRO) manages targeted translational proof-of-concept funding through the Diagnostics in Tropical and Infectious Diseases (DiTi) call. DiTi aims to support early-stage translational research activity related to innovation in diagnostics with the purpose of achieving clinical impact in low- and middle-income countries

The Translational Research Office (TRO) supports also other Oxford University internal funding programmes, such as, Friedreich’s Ataxia Alliance (FAA) Catalyst Fund, John Fell Fund (JFF), University Challenge Seed Fund (UCSF) and other calls.
