The Oxford Pain Network brings together the community of pain researchers across Oxford. Collectively, their research incorporates interdisciplinary approaches across basic and clinical pain science, including neurophysiology, imaging neuroscience, cellular and animal models, clinical neuroscience, epidemiology, genetics, cognitive science and psychology, computational neuroscience and neurotechnology, and therapeutics.

The network works closely with NHS clinicians at Oxford University Hospitals and Oxford Health - fostering collaboration, clinical translation, and training and development across the clinical and research ecosystem.
