Outgoing Head Professor David Paterson says, 'I am delighted to announce that Professor Richard Wade-Martins will become our next Head of Department at the start of the 2026-27 academic year as I complete my 10-year term. Richard is a long-standing member of the department and I wish him and his team every success for the future in leading this outstanding department.'
