Research Alliances
We understand the value of collaborating with external partners to tackle important scientific questions and the University supports a number of research partnerships with businesses.
Each research alliance is bespoke and we take a flexible approach in setting up joint governance and management processes that best support the work we are tackling together. We use a range of different models and tailor the approach we take for each individual partnership, including joint governance models.
Each of our strategic research alliances benefit from a dedicated alliance manager who provides a single point of contact and helps cut through the complexity of both University and industry procedures and processes.
