Research Partnerships
The Business Partnerships Office understands the value of collaborating with external partners to tackle important scientific challenges, and the University supports a wide range of research partnerships with businesses.
Each partnership is bespoke, and the Business Partnerships Office takes a flexible approach to establishing governance and management structures that best support the shared objectives of each collaboration. We use a range of different models and tailor the approach we take for each individual partnership, including joint governance models.
Each strategic business partnership is supported by a dedicated alliance manager within the Business Partnerships Office. They act as a single point of contact, helping navigate and cut through the complexity of both University and industry procedures and processes.
