The ASCEND Network
ASCEND aims to provide peer support for career development and progression for women and gender non-conforming researchers in mid and senior level positions. It is a cross-divisional, cross-institutional network that encompasses both the University of Oxford’s Medical Sciences Division and Oxford University Hospitals, and we also welcome clinical staff who are engaged with research, such as research nurses, pathologists, radiographers, and other allied health professionals.
