The Medical Sciences Divisional Office has a number of resources to support public engagement which can be loaned out to researchers. These include a suite of matching materials for events such as science fairs (including pull-up banners, tablecloths, and t-shirts) and tablets.

Materials will need to be collected from and returned to the Medical Sciences Divisional Office in the JR, and must be signed out and in. They will generally be allocated on a first come, first served basis, but we will try to be as fair as possible! Researchers or support staff agree to take responsibility for these items, and replace them if they are lost or damaged.

Materials suite: banners, tablecloths, t-shirts

We have six tablecloths and six pull up banners available to borrow. These come in four colours (orange, green, pink and blue) and include the message 'Discover a world of possibilities.' If you are interested in borrowing these please email public.engagement@medsci.ox.ac.uk, specifying the dates that you will need these and how many you would like. Please ensure that you copy in your Departmental Comms/PE lead (a full list can be found here).

Each Department also has a number of t-shirts available for researchers to use at PER events. Please contact your Departmental Comms/PE lead (a full list can be found here) if you would like to borrow them.
