The Ideas2Impact (I2I) is an enterprise skills initiative convened at Saïd Business School, with the Entrepreneurship Centre and MPLS enterprise unit, open to postdoctoral researchers in MPLS and Medical Sciences Divisions, and some other Departments. This offering is different from the I2I offered to sciences DPhil students in Hilary Term, in conjunction with the MBA.

The purpose of I2I is to enable sciences postdoctoral researchers to develop innovation and enterprise expertise and to access key innovation concepts and build entrepreneurial skills, in collaboration with 50 senior corporate and other executives on the EMBA  course. The course includes eight ½ day sessions with the executive MBA (EMBA) elective course ‘Strategy & Innovation’ in two week-long blocs in January (sessions 1-4 during Jan 9-12) and February (sessions 5-8 during Feb 19-23) 2018.  Readings and case studies are provided.

This cohort of I2I will open on Wednesday 10 January with the first S&I course session, then lunch, get acquainted and a primer lecture on basic concepts in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship.  We expect to accept 5-7 postdoctoral fellows for this cohort. You will be welcome to participate with priority access in activities and events at the Entrepreneurship Centre, the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, and the Oxford Foundry.
