The workshop is being run by Research Services and aimed at researchers who are applying for their first grants.

It will provide advice on where to look for funding opportunities, how to write and cost the grant application with a short session from the Wellcome Trust on what they are looking for in grant applications. An Oxford academic will share their experiences in applying for funding as well as being a panel reviewer. It will also cover the grant application process at Oxford. The speakers will be available during lunch to answer any questions.
