Integrative omics analysis and target development for various cancer types

Our research interests lie in studying the molecular mechanisms of the tumour microenvironment and target development. We focus on the impact of metabolism and epigenetic regulation on crosstalk between stromal cells and tumour cells. The ongoing investigated tumours include colorectal cancer, breast cancer and cholangiocarcinoma.
