In accordance with University Regulations, it is recommended that registrants for whom English is not their first language should have competence in English equivalent or superior to TOEFL 570 or IELTS 6.5. Note that this is slightly lower than the level required for acceptance of graduate students at this University. Note also that The University organises 'English as a Foreign Language' courses.
We need to know if you suffer from Laboratory Animal Allergies so that adequate provision can be made in order to enable you to attend safely the practicals that involve contact with animals. The University Occupational Health Service need to know that you plan to work with animals, in order that arrangements can be made for your health surveillance and protection. This information will be treated in the strictest confidence, but by submitting this registration form you agree for this information to be passed to the University Occupational Health Service.
