This is an internal grant scheme for knowledge exchange projects. The Fund is part of the University’s HEFCE Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF) award, to ‘support and develop a broad range of knowledge-based interactions between universities and the wider world, which result in economic and social benefit to the UK’. Applications should ideally aim to show a planned pathway to continue the seeded activities beyond the duration and scope of the proposed KE Seed Funded activities.

Eligibility

University of Oxford staff. Principal applicants do not have to hold an academic or research post.

 

Scale

Grants of £2k - £5k support can be requested from a £50,000 budget. Value for money is a key criterion. Applications can be strengthened through matched funding and leverage. Expenditure must complete by 31 Jul 18.
