Professor Sarah Whatmore, Professor of Environment and Public Policy in the School of Geography and the Environment and Fellow of Keble College, has been appointed as the University’s Academic Champion for Public Engagement with Research.

Professor Whatmore will lead on developing a University strategy for public engagement with research and increasing the visibility of the University’s commitment to this agenda, with support from a network of academic champions and staff.
