Staff: deadline for nominations for the title of AP and URL Feb 4

The deadline to nominate individuals for the title of Associate Professor is 12 noon on Wednesday 4 February 2015.
Following the re-naming of the main University Lecturer grade as Associate Professor, Divisional Boards were given the discretion to confer the title of Associate Professor (AP) on eligible members of staff provided that they meet the necessary criteria. The Associate Professor process requires a nomination from the department, which is then sent to the Division for consideration against the criteria.
The deadline to nominate individuals for the University Research Lecturer Scheme is 12 noon on Wednesday 4 February 2015.
The title of University Research Lecturer may be conferred by the Medical Sciences Board on research workers employed by external bodies and research support staff employed by the University (however funded), working in, and for, the academic departments within the Division. The URL exercise requires an individual application to be made to the department, which is then sent with supporting material to the Division for consideration against the criteria.
Nominations for both titles should be emailed to email@example.com by the 4 February deadline. Non University Staff are eligible for both titles.
