Peter Beaconsfield’s Prize in Physiological Sciences rewards young researchers who are capable of escaping from the stereotype of narrow specialisation to engage with translational medicine, and display a wider grasp of the significance and potential applicability of their research.

The Division is pleased to announce that the 2017 Peter Beaconsfield Prize in Physiological Sciences has been awarded to Miss Sarah-Beth Amos of the Wadham College and the Department of Biochemistry.

A proxime accessit award has been made to Mr Thomas Dixon of New College and the Department of Biochemistry.

Congratulations to the awardees on their success.
