Responding to the growing mandate for researchers to share their clinical data, WWARN is joining with partners to host a 3-day workshop in January sponsored by the British Council’s Newton Researcher Links Programme in order to develop the skills and network needed to produce high quality data capable of maximising the impact of initial findings.

This overview aims to help our organisation to understand the topic in greater depth by providing current thought leadership and research. By highlighting the personal impact the menopause has on women and those who identify as women in the workplace and providing the right support, we can avoid losing essential female staff through resignation or performance issues.
The network is run by a committee of fellows who represent many of our major fellowship programmes. The committee set the direction of the network, organise the workshops, evaluate feedback and help connect our members.
The Industry Fellows and Postdocs Network has been established for just under 3 years and comprises of around 100 postdoctoral researchers and fellows currently working on collaborative programmes with Novo Nordisk, Bristol Myers Squibb (Celgene), UCB, Elysium, Pfizer, Vertex, GSK, Genentech, Astra Zeneca and Janssen.
Our workshops feature speakers from companies who we are in active collaboration with, external providers and Oxford academics working at the interfaces of academic and Industry.
