Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences welcomes new Head of Department, Professor Kevin Talbot.

Kevin Talbot takes over from Professor Irene Tracey, who is taking up a new role as Warden of Merton College.

Kevin is Professor of Motor Neuron Biology, and his research is focused on using laboratory models to define the mechanisms of motor neuron degeneration in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and spinal muscular atrophy.
