Congratulations to researchers in the Department of Experimental Psychology on awards in Cognitive Psychology.

Eirini Mavritsaki and Glyn Humphreys (Experimental Psychology) have been awarded the Cognitive Psychology Prize from the British Psychological Society for the outstanding paper in Cognitive Psychology in 2011.
 
Glyn Humphreys has also been awarded the 2012 Broadbent Prize for research from the European Society for Cognitive Psychology for his research on human visual attention.
 
Glyn Humphreys has been granted a Distinguished Visiting Professor award from the University of Hong Kong from 2013-2016, to establish an ongoing research programme in human cognitive neuroscience.

Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Awards Funds to Alison Simmons and Hashem Koohy for Paediatric Research

Professor Alison Simmons, the Director of the Oxford University MRC Human Immunology Unit (MRC HIU), together with Dr Hashem Koohy, group leader at Radcliffe Department of Medicine and the MRC HIU, have been awarded a Chan Zuckerberg Initiative Paediatric Networks for the Human Cell Atlas grant.
