I am responsible for quality assurance and quality enhancement​ activities relating to taught degrees in the division, working closely with the Senior Educational Policy Officer.

I undertake and report on a variety of activities focussed on maintaining and improving the quality and standards of undergraduate and taught postgraduate degrees within the division.

This includes: coordinating, analysing and reporting on monitoring activities (including student surveys and examinations); co-ordinating changes to Exam Regulations and Conventions; providing advice and guidance to courses and departments on a wide variety of quality assurance and education policy matters; and supporting the division’s review of taught courses.

I act as Secretary to the division’s Education Audit Sub Committee and also coordinate the division’s Teaching Excellence Awards scheme.
