Goher Ayman

Governance Manager

As Governance Manager, I am responsible for the operational delivery of the Division’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Hub to achieve its strategic aims; to enable and embed good governance and risk-based decision-making across the division.

I joined the university in 2017 as a Research Facilitator in the Nuffield Department of Population Health, which included supporting the Unit of Assessment 2 REF 2021 submission and managing the Open Access processes. I also co-led a James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership project in diabetes and pregnancy. Prior to joining the university, I was a Clinical Project Manager at the Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and was responsible for the Trust’s externally-sponsored research portfolio, and Research and Development management at Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
